Welcome to VJE STUNT
STUNT is one of the fastest-growing female sports in the country — combining elements of cheerleading, acrobatics, and precision routines in a head-to-head team competition format.
This is our second season offering STUNT through the Vista Jr. Eagles, and we’re thrilled to continue building a program that empowers athletes to compete, grow, and lead.
What is STUNT?
STUNT is a competitive team sport derived from cheerleading.
Teams perform four quarters made up of:
- Partner Stunts
- Pyramids & Tosses
- Jumps & Tumbling
- Team Routine
Each round is judged on execution, synchronization, and difficulty, promoting teamwork, athleticism, and confidence.
